Segmentation fault im Image?

Hallo Leute,
habe das 32bit Image installiert und bekam gleich beim Expandieren des Filesystems einen segmentation fault. Dann eine neue SD Karte geflasht, verify funktioniert nicht. Und beim Expandieren des Filesystems wieder segmentation fault. Bin kein Linux-Profi: Kann es sein, dass der Fehler in der IMG Datei liegt?
