Dies scheint ein RS232 zu USB-Adapter zu sein. Und mit den anderen herstellerseitigen Komponenten und Programmen wird das funktionieren.

Der Aufwand lohnt sich aber nur, wenn es viele benötigen.
In der Liste der Geräte ist ja ein RS485zusUSB mit FTDI empfohlen, der wird schon klappen.
