USB RS485 To Epever Tracer 30 To Raspberry Pi 3b+

Hello there,

I am pretty new, and very happy of your work.

I am using an Epever Tracer 30.
and A Raspberry Pi 3b+

Since several days, I try to translate all the golden information I found here.

I still need an answer to make it work.

Witch RS485 to USB do I need to be sure ?








All the prices are different, and all of them has different specifications... So ...in order to be sure to spend money wisely, if you have an advise ?

I think they should all work fine. I'm using the second one, because it was the only one available at the time I wanted to get startet and didn't have any issues so far.

Here are some listed.

All must have a FTDI chip. And very importand: You do not change the A + B line. A must be connected to A and B to B. If you change this, it does'nt work!

Indeed, I have seen the topic about the adaptaters ... But, unfortunately, Amazon.fr doesn't have these model...

I was just searching for the most similar in Belgium, France, or Wathever...

Already Plugged, and tested ... Works like a charm ...





As you can see, I have translated some title in Grafana in French ... Easier for me I have to admit.

Next Step, adding some me Panel suche as Weather, etc...
